Frank Nelson

During the year of 1996, when Atlanta hosted the exceptional Centennial Olympic Games, my wife, of 18 years, and I moved to the Sarah Smith district. This district includes Brookhaven and North Buckhead. My passion, along side my personal interests of traveling, staying fit and salt water fishing, involves my profession as a Realtor. I love meeting people, making lasting friendships and being that vital component between just living in your own home or owning a home in the Sarah Smith community in Atlanta.

My wife and I take great pride in our community. Not just because of the history, the outstanding schools, the established and vocal PTA organization, we take pride in our community because we are aware of the environmental and political issues that face the value of homes in our neighborhoods. Kim and I were honored with the response from Atlanta when our home was featured on HGTV, the Atlanta Botanical Society's Garden Tour, the Brookhaven Tour of Homes and our home being featured in the February 2006 issue of Jezebel Magazine. I think Leo and Cowboy, my two standard poodles, were as surprised and honored as we were.

As I've stated before, I love the profession I'm in. I've been blessed with the ability to talk to people on different levels, cultural backgrounds and gain their trust respectively. Before my dream job of representing homes in my own community, or having my
own home receive praise from Atlanta, I was a marketing student studying at the University of Alabama-Huntsville. It was there, I earned my BSBA in Marketing the year of 1981. Prior to real estate, I enjoyed a 15 year career in sales and marketing with Hershey Chocolate Co., PepsiCo., and Sara Lee Bakery.

I started my journey is a realtor in 1998. Through my associations, I've become a Member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors,
the Atlanta Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club, Member of the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council (REBAC) and I am an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR). Along with my memberships and accreditations, nothings given me more pleasure than serving in
my community as a Sarah Smith PTA Partner in Education. The Sarah Smith PTA Partner in Education supports the Time Traveler Program  for elementary school kids attending Sarah Smith Elementary.
